Sampling Distribution
The distribution of values of a statistic for all possible samples of a given size.

Biased & Unbiased Estimators
Biased: Consistently over or under estimate the true population parameter
Unbiased: Mean of sample distribution is equal to population parameter
Sample size As Sample size increases, variability of the sample distribution decreaeses
Good statistic has:
- Low bias
- Low variability
